Summary
Akira gets quiet. "I was arrested, you know," he reveals. "I saved a girl from assault, but apparently, the man who assaulted her was some big shot. I didn't know who he was at the time, but he had a lot of influence with the cops. Plus, he threatened the girl, and she ended up telling them that I attacked him unprovoked. I didn't even assault him, is the thing. He fucking tripped. Honestly, I almost wish I did assault him. God knows he'd deserve it."
Goro snorts. "I'd pay to see you punch his stupid face in," he says.
"With what money?" Sumire comments. "We're dead."
Goro Akechi is the demon on Akira's left shoulder. Sumire Yoshizawa is the angel on his right.
