Summary
After being in and out of various hospitals and facilities, her mother frantically trying to find a cure for Sabitsuki's mystery illness, and moving around for years, Sabi has finally hit a point in her life where she can finally go to an average school. She's tentatively excited, up until the point where she bumps into an asshole who makes her late for her first day. An asshole with a shit-eating grin and an obnoxious personality that she can’t help but groan at the thought of. Yeah. She hates this guy already.
In other news, she met someone nice in the grade below her named Oreko who can relate to what she's going through, at least a little, so maybe it won't be so bad.

In a dreary place in the middle of nowhere, there was a laboratory. Those who worked there referred to it as a hospital, but anyone in their right mind knew better. The laboratory was used to create, test, and cure different viruses. There were many “patients” there, but there were four that were particularly important. Three of them were brothers and sister and one unrelated. They had all been born from a test tube at the laboratory. The youngest of them was named Sabitsuki, who was unrelated to the others.
Soon, they would test a new virus, simply called "Rust."
