Summary
Brad missed the time his mother was still around-- And understood that his father, Thaniyel, would feel the same about her. Her sudden and tragic passing tore a hole in their hearts.
While both have struggled to come to terms with her death in the beginning, the father himself succeeded, and while still remembering her always, chose to move on. But the son? He had failed, and with his father becoming too engrossed with work even prior to being mayor ever since, what was once heaven to him had essentially shattered.
