  Summary

  Shot, bleeding out, sinking. The Doctor wonders how it could have all gone so wrong.

  And then, they change... but not into a typical body.

  The Doctor has regenerated into a Pliosaur.

  Challenge from the Forgotten Lives Discord to create the least typical possible Doctor (I floated Pliosaur as a joke originally but the fic is taken seriously in spite of that), serves as a loose prequel to some DW RPG incarnations from that server.
