Rachel's feeling stifled.
Until a strange girl shows up and exposes aspects of Arcadia Bay to Rachel that she never knew existed.
As things take a turn for the sinister, Rachel becomes convinced she's got a guardian angel looking out for her.
It's just a pity her angel doesn't seem to like her very much.
