Summary
In a world where Quirks are placed above skill, Midoriya Izuku and Midoriya Inko are suffering from Izuku’s Quirklessness. His class tormented him, and his mother suffers long unfulfilling hours at her job, being skipped over for promotions and bonuses despite doing almost everything her bosses ask of her.
However, a chance encounter gives Izuku the chance to right the wrongs done to him and his mother, when Ratchet and Clank crash into one of Japan’s forests, near to Izuku, as he walks to clear his mind of his anger towards his classmates. A chance to show that no power can match skill. But first, he must get through the most difficult part of his journey. UA University. But with the new and reprogrammed Klunk on his side, and support from his new friends from another universe, he shall break through all trials.

This work was inspired by my Ratchet and Clank Deku on Youtube, of which I lost motivation for making. So i am hoping my motivation can be renewed on this story.
Chapter 1 will be a list of all the Weapons and Gadgets and their modifications, having both Lethal and Non-Lethal variants. The rest will be the actual stories.
