Mirabel "Mamabel" Madrigal.
Mirabel is the second mother of all the Encanto Village's kids 10 and under. It's not uncommon to see 10 kids following her along like ducklings as she sings and dances. When the Miracle starts breaking, Mirabel is in quite the predicament.
