Summary
In a world where Cynder survives the battle with Malefor, but Spyro doesn't, Cynder realizes she now has the chance, for the first time in her life, to find her own place in the world and choose her own path, separate from her reputation as Malefor's servant and Spyro's side-kick. But escaping her old life won't be as easy as she'd hoped, especially as an adult with an appearance so similar to how she'd looked when serving Malefor. With the help of new friends, Cynder will learn that she may not be able outrun what happened to her, but that doesn't mean she has to be bound to it either.
