It is illegal to self-deportate from the city-state, and so for the rest of his life he will be hunted the Orscaine Guard.
His goal in escaping Orscaine is to see his mother's homeland of Hino Kuni, which she had promised to take him to before she had been killed during the robbery. Will he ever be able to see it, or will the Orscaine Guard capture him before he can even leave the continent?
