Summary
The universe is a musical symphony, and the creatures residing in its grasp were made of music, each adding its melody to the celestial chorus. Sue’s voice was a guide to bring broken tunes back together, but a melody needed all of its parts. A symphony could not play without drums, the orchestra wouldn't march forward without the conductor, and a man could not be whole when his arms were somewhere in the galaxy far away, resonating the missing piece of its own song.
Despite all of her power, Sue could not fix this. The Galactic Superheroes— their family— was destroyed.

Snapshots of a life lived on the Red Planet. Fred, George, and Sue, once strong enough to brave the deadliest foes, are now broken beyond repair. Yet despite all reason and hope they still push forward, because they are family. Nothing will ever change that.

Summary
With a post-traumatic induced fear of losing his siblings, Fred struggles to control the emotions that push everyone away; especially Sue, who has to constantly deal with Fred's disapproval of her long-term relationship with Captain Bob, a now renowned space explorer, until it reaches a breaking point after he proposes to Sue.
And so, in the wake of family tensions, Fred will try to adapt to his own emotions and discover a new unexpected connection with an old adversary, Old Fingerhead, who unintentionally takes him on a journey see things in a different light.
I should also mention this is technically an AU where the happyman opera happened in universe and is not a loose reenactment of events as the official series implies, also due to all the headcanons and unofficial lore that I incorporated in how their powers work and such.

After the events of "Starship Genius" and "Little King John: The Flood".
It would’ve been nice to have met him at a more relaxed, less-life-threatening environment, but the Final Charge was to happen soon, and the yellow fella known as Ratboy Genius was aware he could only give the king enough time to recover from his sudden appearance from his world.
The last time Ratboy Genius saw the odd king, he was safely being carried off in a transparent bubble.
During the whole kerfuffle, Ratboy Genius’ mind must have played a trick or two on him – which wasn’t very nice, to be honest – because Ratboy could’ve sworn he saw Little King John steal a quick glance over his shoulder to see where he was.
Was...was Little King John worried about him?
He must’ve been imagining things, Ratboy was certain.

Summary
After the crazy interdimensional galactic battle that Little King John didn't even want to be a part of in the first place, John just wanted to move on. The events surrounding Summer Solstice Baby weren't exactly a part of his past that he was keen to revisit, but it wasn't something he could ignore either if he wanted to get better. He just didn't think a confrontation would happen this soon.
