Every single week, Monday through Saturday, Kento Nanami walks into your convenience store at exactly 7:26 in the morning. He grabs a newspaper on the way in, pays for it along with a black coffee and pastry (which are as disgusting as you’d imagine convenience store coffee and pastries to be, by the way) and is out the door at 7:30. In these brief encounters, you’ve seen only enough of him to gather he’s a man of strict routine and an unflinchingly serious demeanor.
So, you’re completely caught off-guard when he breaks the unspoken routine, trudging into your store on a Sunday morning dressed in casual clothes and a nervous look.
Even more so when he asks you to marry him.
