Summary
Anthony doesn’t expect to see you again. As days turn into weeks, he convinces himself that you were a mere figment of his imagination. He can admit, albeit reluctantly, that he was a bundle of nerves and restlessness that day—it was his first big exhibition in two years, after all. So his mind conjured up a handsome and mysterious stranger to distract him from the overwhelming fear that he will never amount to anything.
