    Mucho gracias to Kalorii for putting this brain worm in my head. I would have never even considered exploring this OmegaVerse, especially not with the guys. I gain no money by writing, but love is richer.

    Not only were four young turtles mutated with the human genome, but they also were the recipients of the Alpha mutation. Not only do they have to face a lonely existence, but there's this minor technicality involving their Omega brothers and biological clocks. Once there was a blanket acceptance to form bonds in order to ensure the well being of the brothers, it's now an interesting observation to watch how they come together and expand upon their 'brotherhood.'

    "..." Raphael narrowed his eyes, hands resting on his sais, on guard. Not only were they vulnerable, but Leo was hurt. The crutch was a painful reminder.

    But yet, as all four of them wanted nothing more than to go back... god, this was all they had ever wanted their entire lives. The sun. Open fields. And to be normal- but that would never happen. 

    "...We can also just stay, even for a bit longer?" Mikey offered, looking up. "The sun feels... nice."

The cold twisted in his stomach, hollowing a void as it dug deeper and deeper inside him. Leo’s shoulders hiked up to his ears, quickly aching from the tension yet unwilling to relax. Everything hurt. Like, physically hurt. His body was so stiff and tense but it rattled like he was on top of a washing machine. Leo never remembered being cold hurting so bad."

    Mixing my chronic syndrome (which flares to due cold weather) with some good ol' fashion mutant turtles. (More in the notes section). Cold weather and cold blooded species do not mix well, especially so for Leonardo. Fortunately, his willpower is strong, strong enough to push away the fierce side effects of the cold! At least... hopefully for long enough.

    And all of the sudden, he's a Foot soldier with some pretty whack amnesia. Huh. Well, he'd probably be fine.

    It wasn't like he was going to have an identity crisis or have to, like.. attack alternate versions of himself or his brothers, or anything. Yeah, not at all.

    TLDR: rise!leo falls into the 2012 dimension instead of his brother's arms, gives himself some pretty damn bad amnesia, and shredder basically kidnaps him.
