When Kevin visits Andrew in rehab but Neil isn’t there protecting him Andrew asks some questions. After forcing Kevin to tell him where Neil was Andrew is appalled to say the least. How could he jeopardise his safety like this? Their agreement doesn’t work if Neil puts himself in harms way purposely. Andrew manages to break himself out of rehab in pursuit of Neil, he just hopes it isn’t too late.
Or basically Andrew finds out that Neil is with the Ravens and goes to save him.

Violence was in Nathaniel's bones. There was no disputing it, and there was no hiding from that fact. Nathaniel took what he was given by nuture and nature, and used it ruthlessly for what he wanted. He could hate every minute of it, as long as it kept him alive. Running had failed him. And running was not an option anymore when he had two people relying on him and eyes watching from every direction. Jean is falling apart out of the Nest. Kevin is a train wreck. The Foxes as a whole are a bunch of broken pieces that it feels like no one can put together and Nathaneil is straining under the weight of it all.
In spite of all the challenges, the first breaths of air outside the Nest make all of it seem worth it. And when Riko poses a challenge, Nathaniel is surprised to find an unlikely ally when striking a deal with Kevin's jackass of a goalie. Perhaps Neil could keep them all safe and make it out of this year alive.

When Neil Josten goes to the Nest during Christmas break, the last thing he expects is that Riko Moriyama wants him as his Queen. So Neil offers him a deal: Riko gets to do whatever he wants to Neil for those two weeks, but afterwards, he has to let Neil and Kevin go, and he may never hurt the Foxes again.
Aka canon-divergence from Chapter 15 from The Raven King, where Riko’s obsession with Neil turns out to be very psychosexual, and he’ll stop at nothing to get Neil’s affection—even if that means sacrificing everything else.
