Summary
Taash stood at the stove, their white hair cascading over their shoulders and down their back instead of in their normal neat braid, poking fiercely at a pan of eggs that were just beginning to recover from their near-incineration. They glanced over their shoulder as Lucanis and Rook stepped into the room and grinned. “Well, well. Look who decided to rejoin the living,” they teased, flipping the eggs with more aggression than was probably necessary.
Lucanis tried - and failed - not to blush. “You’re cooking?” he asked, clearly trying to steer the attention elsewhere.
“Figured you two could use the extra bit of sleep,” Taash said with a wink that made Rook groan and bury her face briefly in Lucanis’ shoulder.
