Orin the Red managed to kidnap Minthara just right from the Blighted village, (where the group headed to after unleashing some slaughter at Moonrise towers). No one even saw the action itself, as the red beast used some kind of old magic, not a usual “sleep” spell or kind of that. She did it quickly yet arrogantly. Imagine kidnapping someone of such an importance just from the heart of their camp, where there are gathered a whole lotta powerful individuals. Lae’zel with her wonderful weapon wielding skills, Shadowheart, who can cast a vast range of spells without even blinking an eye, cunning as Loki Astarion, who usually hunts his prey during the night, always so thoughtful Gale, who seems to be overly funny, but in reality quite attentive and serious, Freydis, who, aside from being a knowledgeable magician and a quite good fighter, is deeply in love with the Nightwarden. Orin managed to fool them all and perform an act of dumb self-confidence that has never been seen before.
“Why dumb?” - would you ask, well because it’s quite a mistake to steal one soul from another, when they’ve already created an undying bond. Imagine the fate that will befall on head of anyone that dumb- Language:

Astarion pulls back as if burnt. “I don’t understand you, druid,” he hisses. “Your reputation for sowing wild oats vastly proceeds you, and you claim to have some desires for me, and yet, you turn down an opportunity to do with me what you wish. You have no idea what you’re saying no to, Halsin. The things I’ve been trained to do would blow your mind.”
