It was a plan he had for a very long time, but at the same time it felt as if it had just formulated seconds ago. Sebastian was making his way through the murky rain as he made his way to the infamous cliffs of Pelican Town. Maybe while there he could finally relieve his pain that he had been feeling. Everything was too much, and Sebastian had had enough.
