“Go where?” Chat asks with an edge to his voice “Can Rena Rouge breath under water? Or are there other heroes who can breathe underwater that I can’t know because you don’t trust me?”
“I do trust you, Chat. It’s … complicated.” Marinette said weakly.
“Seems pretty uncomplicated from where I’m standing.” Chat said, his voice dripping with venom.
“Do you really want to discuss this now?!” Marinette countered, her voice rising to match Chat’s as she gestured to the flooded Paris.
