It was late when Brian finally stumbled through the door of Seth’s home. Normally he wouldn’t come too close to here, he didn’t wanna risk Alex finding Seth, but he didn’t really have another choice today. Alex had been ruthless today.
Brian gets all banged up in a fight with Alex, and goes to Seth for help.

When Seth got to the studio that morning he was met with the news that the designer was currently in a meeting and the shoot was rescheduled for a little bit later, which would’ve been great to know before he came, but oh well. After a while he decided to wander up to Brian’s dressing room to kill time. As he creaked open the door, the first thing he saw was Brian. He was dancing around, singing into a makeup brush.
Now this was a moment Seth had to capture, partially so he always had proof that it happened, partially because he had no idea if he would see it again.

"Sit next to me," he ordered, voice dripping with sarcasm. The smaller man let out a breath, moving as Brian directed. The blond man snickered, eyes gleaming with a twisted amusement. "Heh, you’re still dealing with that limp, huh?"
The man shrugged, gaze fixed on the opposite wall, avoiding Brian's eyes. But Brian wasn’t having any of that. "Nah, nah, nah," he taunted, grabbing it's chin with a rough grip. "We’ll need a distraction, acting. So, tell me," his voice dropped to a deadly whisper, "you still got that l-i-m-p?"
The masked man jerked his head away, shaking a negative response. Brian huffed, releasing his grip with a sneer. He reached into the bag at his side, pulling out something sharp and glinting.
"We’re gonna fix that, liar..."

“Are you hurt?” Amy’s voice is cautious as she speaks, her arms draping over Alex’s shoulders, she guides him into the bathroom, her free hand on the doorknob, pushing the door open with her hip and she has Alex sit down on the edge of the tub.

Brian Thomas fell from a high place and died... Or at least. He should have died. He didn't. And in fact, he's very much still kicking, and he doesn't seem to be injured enough to BE dying.
Brian wakes up in the field some time after Tim wakes up from killing Alex, and Tim finds him. They reunite, reluctantly, each of them painfully aware of all the ways Brian betrayed him.
Can they learn to trust each other before they end up in real danger again? When they encounter strangers- some familiar and some totally new- they might need to claw their way out before it's really too late...
They will no doubt struggle to adapt, but they can't afford to struggle with so much on the line. Love, a future, and someone unexpected, but who reminds them of everything that was stripped away from them when they were just barely college age.
They also come to realize that they're not alone in the way they suffer- and they decide to research and contact others in a desperate bid for salvation, for tips, advice, for anything that will help themselves and all the others get RID of this thing and its puppets... For good.
The stakes are high. The trials have begun.
