Kyra had embraced Amon. Monique had fought for Amon. And Amon, himself, had run. For the first time in his life, away from the people he loved more than anything in the world. The snake boy was scared and alone, but by dumb luck, someone found him. Bassel, Amon’s best friend. Together with someone by his side, Amon had the chance to make heads and tails of the horrible situation he had found himself in. With a bit of work, perhaps everything would work out fine.
