Summary
After a rogue group of villains get ahold of Draxum's original plans to make the ooze in the ruins of his laboratory and execute multiple mutant bomb attacks on the citizens of New York City, the Hamatos help the newly mutated folks recuperate.
Donatello considers volunteering as something expected of him, helping where he can.
Get off work, help those in need, go home, rinse and repeat. Easy, right?
