Summary
Henroin has to go on a month long trip to a different part of the Pentagram on a request by Lucifer. The Prince of Pride has called several Overlords to attend, because one of them stole something from him, an angelic artifact in the shape of a ring, and he wants it back. Nobody is going to confess to such a crime, even in Hell, so a month long investigation is underway. While there, Henroin walks around and talks with all of the other Overlords, since he wants this over as soon as possible. The problem is that he met one of their significant others, and he can’t stop thinking about them.
Chardenay was hired to accompany an Overlord named Thalsius to this month long meeting to ensure he had “something to do”. However, when they find out why they’re really here, the mood is far from enticing for the other man. When Char is tentatively introduced to Henroin, he finds himself enamoured. In a short amount of time, when they end up alone together, he can feel something growing between them. Henroin is there to protect him, and maybe even keep his bed warm at night. But still, the mystery remains; who stole Lucifer’s angelic ring?
