Summary
It's the fourth annual Marauders Halloween Party and Sirius asks the boys to invite Dorcas to help out, his best friend, Marlene. It's not in hopes that they'll bring Regulus with them so the Black Brothers can finally talk and Sirius can convince Regulus to run away too.
When Regulus Black walks into the party, James can't take his eyes off of him. When another man tries to takes Regulus away, what is James to do except step in and protect the drunk younger Black. He is Sirius' best friend after all, he has to protect that friend's younger brother. But that's not all it is, is it?
Welcome to James being a mess, Barty and Evan being little shits, and Wolfstar having trouble hiding their relationship that they would rather keep a secret for the time being. (With a side of implied future Dorlene)
