Summary
As it draws nearer to the annual Kyuubi Festival, Shikamaru notices that Naruto is acting upset and despite how much of a drag it is, it's not like he can just let Naruto suffer.
"For the life of him, Shikamaru couldn’t figure out what had them on edge. It was just the end of October’s first week and all things considered, things were pretty normal. Nothing overly special was happening until the Kyuubi Festival in a few days.
