Summary
Atsushi gains a new appreciation for plants after Kenji gifts him a freshly harvested daikon, which feels warm and meaningful to him. Akutagawa notices Atsushi smiling at vegetables and, jealous of Kenji’s attention, begins secretly leaving rare and expensive produce—Romanesco, white strawberries, yubari melons, even peach crates—with cryptic notes to win Atsushi’s favor.
