Summary
Proud Immortal Demon Way was potentially one of the worst novels Shen Yuan had ever read. The base plot was interesting enough, with a good protagonist and relatively fleshed out characters, ones that he could confidently say he related to in some aspects- but, that’s where his compliments had ended. He had started reading because he thought it was about Luo Qinghe ( Otherwise known as Luo Binghe ) overcoming any obstacles his demon disciple, Shen Qiu, would throw at him, eventually pushing him into the abyss, never to be seen again. After that, Luo Qinghe could finally live happily ever after with a pretty lady and his sect siblings.
Sounds great, right? Right? Anyone would read that!TLDR shizun binghe and disciple shen yuan. short chapters because err I'm like that. art every other chapter! Also inspired by Like A Tooth From a Mouth (I Leave a Hole) , go chrck that fic out!

Shen Yuan could deal with transmigrating into Yue Qingyuan, at least it wasn't Shen Qingqiu! But this whole obsession that Shen Qingqiu has with Yue Qingyuan and the mystery of his "sudden change in behavior" was really annoying. Like, come on! He wasn't OOC to literally everyone else. It wasn't his fault that Yue Qingyuan was apparently just as obsessed with Shen Qingqiu. Now if only all the missions the system gave him didn't seem to revolve around his past, which apparently heavily featured Shen Qingqiu. Then he could just focus on trying to save Binghe.

When you're exposed to the weather, do you become copper, or canyon?
Canyons stand great and mighty, jagged rock and stone that is slowly carved and ebbed away with time and water, until a trickle becomes a roar, a stream becomes a river. But in the end, under great force like Atlas holding the sky, they still erode. Crumbling more and more until a great chasm spans out between them, and what it once was is only recognizable in its shadow.
Copper changes color. Over time it fades, exposed to wind and rain, to air, until it's nothing more than a dull, soft green. Recognizable in its shape still, but undeniably changed. You could restore it, but in doing so you risk stripping it of it's original detail.
What does Shen Yuan do when faced against the current; when faced against the elements? Is he copper, dulling over time, but retaining his shape. Or is he canyon, slowly being chipped away with more and more pressure, until a crack becomes a chasm? To erode, to stand tall?
Let me try that again:
Shen Yuan wakes up in a woodshed.
He's in a body that is not his own - he thinks.
