His eyes raked over her, sizing her up once more, "You certainly can try."

Mel crossed her arms, eyes narrowed. As much as she wanted to see how many breakables in her office she was willing to sacrifice to her cause, she knew better than to push the matter further.
She was stubborn. But Sentry? That was a can of worms she wasn't willing to open. She had errands to run.
"Fine," she relented, her hard stare not wavering in the slightest, "Just don't get in my way. Got that, Golden Boy?"
Sentry laughed. She was telling him what to do?
"No promises"
