Cha Siyeon woke up as Penelope Eckhart, confused, afraid, and quite angry at her predicament at being brought into a world where her circumstances was much like the one she had just escaped and playing the role of a woman marked for death unless she earned the love of one of the male leads. But the more she came to learn of this world, the more she realized that what was presented in the game wasn’t even a fraction of what went on in this world. And then she meets her, the other woman who had also found herself in this world years ago, Aera Soo, a woman from her past, long dead but fondly remembered by her.
