Summary
Linear time was a constraint for lesser beings bound by the mundane march of seconds and minutes. For Bill, it was a canvas upon which he painted his masterpiece of disorder. He existed in the spaces between moments, a timeless entity free of the linear progression that governed mortal lives.
His life had been so fast, that this chain of seconds, minutes, and hours was debilitating. Then he wakes.
