Koschei glanced down at the prefect badge affixed to her uniform.
“It’s a mark of recognition,” she sniffled, “And as prefect you’re currently undermining my authority.”
Koschei, as per usual, lets power get to her head. Theta doesn't especially mind.

Instead of regenerating into the Fifteenth Doctor, the Doctor’s regeneration goes wrong. Instead of becoming another adult, the Doctor de-ages and finds himself reborn as Harry Potter.
This means that baby Harry still has all the memories of the Doctor but is now stuck as a growing human child with untapped Time Lord knowledge inside him.
