Summary
Toya is in a lot of trouble when the Elders tell him he doesn't contribute enough to their pack. They threaten to declare him free property on his 25th birthday if he isn't pregnant until then. But their pack clearly lacked suitable alphas in his age range and no way he would let any of those old bastards claim him.
He has only twelve weeks left to get pregnant, so when his heat comes up again, he tells Shoto of his really crazy idea. His alpha brother is not really sure if he should go through with it, but when he sees his brother's desperation he just can't let him down.
OR
Toya needs to get pregnant from someone asap and the only alpha he deems worthy is his younger brother. They are both disgusted at first but do it anyway to save Toya from the life of a breeding bitch.
