Summary
It is about 8 months after the events of IT Chapter 2 (Except Eddie didn't die), and Richie "Trashmouth" Tozier hasn't done a show since before his visit to Derry.
Now Richie is doing his first show since then before he starts a tour.
But this isn't a comedy show, he has something he wants to tell his audience.
