Summary
“They couldn’t keep him here, he couldn’t be here, he had to get out. He had to get back to her.”
Vinsmoke Niji was never supposed to feel anything. Emotions were weakness, love was poison, and family was a chain you either wielded—or wore.
So why can’t he let go of her?
What begins as cruelty becomes connection, and that connection becomes obsession. Niji discovers that falling in love doesn’t make him weaker—it makes him reckless. And in Germa’s hands, recklessness has consequences: dungeons, chains, experiments, betrayals, and a wedding stained in blood.
Now he has something to lose. And that makes him dangerous.
