Summary
Il sait que ça a l’air d’une excuse égoïste qui ne convaincra personne, mais il ne peut se dérober à cette compétition. Il n’a pas le droit d’abandonner son équipe, pas après des semaines d’entraînement. Pourtant, les voir si déçus—voir surtout Aelita si sévère—ça lui donne envie de s’excuser, de leur promettre qu’il sera là.

And yet, seeing their disappointment—especially Aelita’s stern expression—makes him want to apologize, to promise he’ll be there.
