Closing his eyes, Zetrox thinks about all the people who would call someone. About all the people who wouldn't. He wonders who they'd call, who they'd think about calling, if someone would stop and watch. He clings to the last thought with desperation. Because that is why he's here, how he landed himself in this situation.
Exhibitionism. And beside it in smaller print, semi-public sex.
Zetrox meant rooftops and alleyways and in the darkened corner of a club where no one can actually see. He didn't mean polished restrooms of upper scale public buildings. But Rive's never been one for thinking about anyone but himself and Zetrox isn't sure why he felt like this would somehow be any different.

Which means that Rive has to remind him of his place more often than not, and knows the best way to punish him, because no one ever does.
