Summary
Iris has just passed her trials and has become a Jedi Knight, which comes with more responsibilities and more expectations. She will work her way towards the people trying to destroy the Republic, but soon she will find herself at the center of something much bigger than she anticipated.
Alys is the last survivor of Darth Baras's acolytes, meaning that she is the one that gets to continue on as his apprentice. It is a daunting task, and one that demands perfection and perseverance if she wants to continue to live. However, she has a bigger secret that she needs to continue to hide if she wants to keep any semblance of herself.
While the game essentially hints that only one character is there during the timeline, this story shows all the characters in the same timeline. The story is about the Sith Warrior and the Jedi Knight falling in love, but we get to see a few cameos from the other playable characters as well.

Korriban had become a desolate wasteland over the years. The war against the Eternal Empire had pushed the Sith Empire to the brink. But they endured as they always have.
The same could be said about the republic and its Jedi protectors, as they too had been pushed beyond their limits due to conflict and madness. But between the two powerhouses, a new one grew from the outcasts, rejects, and others who committed the heinous crime of having a different opinion from the general public.
It was called The Alliance.

Or, alternatively, Acolyte Xanot has spontaneous, massive memory loss on her way to Korriban and thinks she was once a basic-ass Human from another world.

SWTOR's Knights of the Eternal Throne and Knights of the Fallen Empire storylines, told through the vehicle of three ancient Jedi reincarnations brought back to fix a great imbalance in the force of the SWTOR era. Some bits of Legends lore (and Star Wars in general) are enthusiastically embraced, others are rejected, and there's a lot I just never heard of. There may be some heretical character, canon, and mechanics ideas.
Sex hinted at but not shown. Occasional graphic lightsaber kill. This story is pretty much nothing but spoilers for the Knights of the Eternal Throne and Knights of the Fallen Empire storylines.
