Visualizing it, it carried like the soft lull of bugs out in the field, warm and comforting. Safety in the bed of flowers, soft and devoid of worry or fear. Gentle breezes tickling skin, ruffling hair. The soft sweet smell of vanilla and strawberries, delicious and enticing. Such a gentle scent. It made Tanjirou dizzy with need.
Need to protect, to keep safe, to care for. Need to be the one to protect him.
