Summary
Götterdämmerung. Ragnarök. The Twilight of the Gods. On that red day, prophecy foretells that the Aesir and the Jötnar will do battle against each other for mastery of the Yggdrasil. It is also foretold on that day that the battle between Thor Odinson and Jörmungandr Lokisson will shatter the branches of the World Tree, sending its sundered limbs adrift into the river of time. What lies outside the bounds of prophecy is the destination of those splinters, and the strange beings that wait to snatch them up from the shore.
