Dexter Morgan is a blood splatter analyst for Miami Metro Police Department, the best one at that. Dexter Morgan is also the dark defender of Miami, a serial killer that hunts killers. The best one at that, too.
Alexei L. Novikov is a secret agent for a morally questionable agency, used to doing most of the job alone. And yet, is one of the best workers in the Agency.

Alexei just wants to have a decent partner, and if stalking and begging for the blood guy to join them is enough to get that, then that’s what they’ll do.
NOTES: CPCA is for an original work, along with the original characters. But i wanted to make a Dexter/CPCA fic first because... well, i want to. Also, if the title of the chapter starts with a song reference it's going to focus a little bit more on the OC's, if it's a Dexter reference (series or novel) then it's focused on the Dexter characters.
