Summary
Regulus Black was ten years old when Sirius Black went off to Hogwarts. And he was the first to find out his older brother was sorted into Gryffindor. Though not long after did his parents find out, and he discovers his Mother is not too far above hitting him as he once thought. From then on he's deaf. He's not alone in his inability to communicate like his peers.
