Summary
The first thing Yumichika ever becomes really, really good at is sex. It's not exactly intentional at first.
When Yumichika first arrives in district 66 - where life is hard but at least no one will gut you for a jar of water, probably - he's a teenager, slim and pretty and starving.

Ikkaku licks dry lips and continues. "I mean, we came here to get away from all this, didn't we?"
Did they? Yumichika had been sure they'd come here because Ikkaku wanted to follow Zaraki, and Yumichika followed Ikkaku because nothing else was even an option.
Yumichika and Ikkaku have made it to Seireitei and joined the 11th Division, and everything's better now. It is. It will be. It has to be.
