Harry, abandoned by his fiancé because of "work meetings", wanders through the streets of Verona, stumbling across a courtyard where women have left "letters to Juliet", requesting advice on their affairs of the heart.
Harry discovers an unanswered letter written to "Juliet", from Druella Rosier, about a young Italian she fell in love with. Harry writes back to Druella, suggesting she return to Verona to find her lost love.
When the old woman arrives in the city with her grandson, Draco Malfoy, Harry is surprised that the woman listened to him, but horrified by the person she chose to bring along on her quest for love.
Draco immediately tells Druella that this whole quest is foolish and that there is no universe in which he would collaborate with Harry Potter.
Druella simply reminds Draco that she’s old enough to make her own decisions. Together, Harry and Draco embark on the quest to reunite Druella with her lost love—and perhaps, along the way, discover sparks of their own.
