Summary
Sanji knew that Zoro was attracted to him and Zoro knew that Sanji was into him too. The only people that didn’t know that both of them were aware of their mutual attraction was their crew thinking they were just silently obliviously pining or in denial.
So are Zoro and Sanji going to label their relationship with each other in a declaration of affection as civilized people and make their crew aware of their established relationship status?
Of course not!
They are going to waltz around each other as if they were animals in the longest most difficult and confusing courtship ever. While puzzling the crew so much they would not be able to understand if they either liked or disliked each other. (It’s actually a secret third thing.)

Or all the times Zoro and Sanji fought(?), flirted(?), or just generally acted like unhinged animals with unresolved sexual tension and 1 time they miraculously talked (well more like tried talking) as actual grown-ups.
