Fukase's highschool graduation. He had high expectations; his mom had bought him the dress he had been wanting for a year, he was going to dance with his friend, wish a happy goodbye to that awful stage in his life, to that horrid school, but everything goes wrong.

There is a saying that people often fail to remember; that kindness should never be mistaken for weakness. And those who made the error of assuming so may end up in a tight spot when they least expect it upon poking the sleeping bears with a stick.
See, one thing many people were unaware of was that Len was very protective of his friends, sister, and boyfriend, to the point he would push them out of the way of a moving train. So, the only time a student at Yamaha would witness the wrath of the blonde was if anyone were to fuck with those people.
Needless to say, it came as a huge surprise to everyone in the vicinity when Len Kagamine finally snapped.
(Or, Fukase gets jumped, Len loses his shit, and beats the asses of his boyfriend’s bullies)

Fukase then sighed and brought his free hand to his shirt collar. Wordlessly, he began to unbutton it until it fell just past his shoulders. From under the fabric, one could see the tip of his bandages.
Len noticed this action and his body tensed up. “‘kase… what are you doing?” he asked, although he already knew the answer.
“What does it look like?” he retaliated. “Did you really think I was going to let you be?”
In response, the blond backed up, firmly planting his palm on the mattress so he wouldn’t collapse. “I told you, I’m okay,” he stated defensively. “You already treated my injury. Please don’t-”
“Don’t what?” the redhead argued as he removed the clasp from the choker around his neck. “I’m not buying the “I’m fine” bullshit. We both know that you’re starved and that your blood sugar is nearing dangerous levels. An attack like that from a ghoul would weaken anyone.”
Or, following a rough ghoul encounter during one of his missions, Fukase takes care of his injured lover at home.

“Hey, are you okay?” he called, shifting his body closer. “Can you hear me?”
In response, all he got was another whine. The person turned his body to face Fukase and slowly cracked his eyes open.
To Fukase’s shock, they were a bright crimson.
And then it happened. One second he was sitting crosslegged on his mattress watching this person like an animal in a nature documentary (that sounds weirder when he thinks it out loud). The next he had been pinned down with his back pressed against the mattress.

Rolling their eyes, Piko clicked their tongue as if the words Fukase just said were insignificant. “Come on, you’re still hung up on that? Why can’t you let it go, you’re fine and up and running now-”
“YOU FUCKING LUNATIC, YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU’VE DONE TO HIM!”
Before Fukase could react, a lightning bolt rapidly cut through the air, landing an inch away from where Piko stood. Breathing heavily, Len glared at the other with raw, feral hatred.
“Babe, calm down,” Fukase whispered, gripping Len’s shoulders. “I know you’re mad, but they’re doing this on purpose. They’re trying to set us off and cause a scene, by attacking them you’re playing right into their hands.”
“B-but-” Len swallowed and blinked back tears. “I-I can’t tolerate the garbage they say about you…”
“I know,” the former muttered. “It pisses me off too, but we need to be the bigger person here.”

Fukase pouted and gave Len’s hand a hard squeeze, causing heat to rush to the blond’s face. For a brief moment, Fukase’s body flickered to its naturally wispy shape before becoming solid again. “I meant going outside and touching some grass or something.”
The blond thought he was talking about playing with actual grass for a second until the metaphor clicked. “That’s a brilliant idea, Fukase,” Len sang sarcastically. “Then you can offer the teenage-sized pancake I will be cooked into to my undead-hating parents.”
