Summary
Crandall has been wandering the streets day and night of late. There have been children taken back to concerned parents, abusers' faces burnt and the children guided to the police, even bullies stopped in schools by a flickering figure flaring into life before them.Crandall has been protecting the children of Musutafu. Now it's time for him to be protected.

Izuku was labelled as Quirkless. He was labelled as weak, stupid Deku, and this was more than wrong. No, he has a Quirk that has had him wondering the streets of his city for years, protecting children, and Musutafu adores him, or rather Crandall, for it.
But he intervened in the USJ, caught in a coma and the call of his own Quirk, and now the hero and detective who have been on his case since the first sighting have found out who he really is.
Now to make sure that the villains can't and that, if they do, he will be safe.
If Izuku will be able to make some friends and heal some scars along the way, then all the better, truly. He is destined to be a hero after all.
