Summary
The kiss that followed wasn't a question, or an answer, it simply tasted like faded memories. Like little moments of respite Third hadn't allowed himself. It wasn't hesitant like the first one they'd shared or full of passion like the ones right before he ended everything, it was something entirely new and yet so, so familiar. He could've cried. He would've, had he not been too focused on taking in every little detail before it was too late.
They parted and didn't look at each other.
Or, Third feels guilty. He and Second kiss about it and then talk about it (despite not having seen each other in years)
