When Mrs. Hudson shows an agitated young man in some very strange clothes into the flat, Watson is his usual welcoming self. He takes the poor lad under his wing and out on a case with Lestrade. But where is Holmes, and why is this poor fellow so very confused about being in London?
I was contemplating going for my medical bag, when Mrs. Hudson re-entered with tea. I stirred extra sugar into his, hoping to chase the shock from his overwrought system. As I set the cup into his trembling hands I spoke in soothing tones: “perhaps, doctor, you had better begin at the very start. What has you so alarmed to be in London this evening?”
Or, Holmes and Bashir swap places! Uh-oh...

I take it he’s accepted your case?” The man gestured up the stairs. “It must be a good one if it’s got him interested. He’s been picky about them for weeks,” he added, more to himself than to her.
“Pardon me, but I think there’s been a misunderstanding,” she said. “I live here.”
Sloane Worth is a young academic who moves to London for a change of scenery. After making friends with the doctor and detective upstairs, she gets swept up in their world of crime and mystery. Her talent for reading people as well as she reads books could rival the detectives' own, and soon she finds herself trying to untangle more than a web of crime but her heart strings as well.
Scene one takes place just before the blind banker.

Sherlock fell off a building and John fell into depression. This work will explore the pain of losing someone and the pain of getting him back.
Warnings: There will be angst, there will be emotional hurt, and there are many references to death, suicide/suicide ideation, self-harm, therapy, psychotropic medications, and explicit content. But this will have a happy Johnlock ending, the one we deserved but never got in the show.
