Summary
What if Adrien had given different advice after the events of Chameleon? Instead of telling Marinette to take the high road, he suggests for her to talk to people privately rather than exposing Lila publicly. Basically another Lila exposing fic where Adrien has some brain cells.
'"Are you going to tell everyone?"
"'Course I am," Marinette said stiffly, (what kind of question was that?) "Lila is-"
"-A liar. Yes, I know. But do you calling her out in front of everyone will work?"
Marinette raised an eyebrow.
"She's a good liar," Adrien clarified, "She'll find a way to twist it around like earlier."
"So we just stand by and let her lie?"
"No, of course not!" Adrien said quickly, "We just need to talk to people privately and give proof of her lies before she finds out we're working against her. As long as you and I know the truth, we can work together, right?"'
