He felt wildly out of practice being around this many people in a casual setting. He was used to meetings, galas, ceremonies – all places where he was paraded around like a prized doll or the kings show-pony, to be used to boast about the defeat of the Calamity. To be seen and not heard; visual proof that the King had brought peace to the kingdom.
