The Gods are unhappy with what happened with the House of The Dragon. Someone needs to be held accountable for this mistakes. And to be chosen to fix it and avoid all is to come.
Rhaenyra Targaryen is chosen to not only to make a better future for her House, but the world as well. The Golds seem her as a great choice, since was with the Dance that everything started to ruin of the dynasty.
